Chapter 1 — Growing Up in the Trade
Started at 14, doing real work.
My dad owns Chang Construction and I basically grew up on job sites. By the time I graduated high school I'd already put in years of actual field work.
Where it all started
My dad's company. I grew up working summers and weekends here before I could even drive myself to the job site.
Chapter 2 — A Different Kind of Education
Got a CS degree, then went back to building.
I went to college for computer science, throughout the degree I realized construction was still my calling. So after graduating, I started my own business
Simple goal: do good work, be honest about the price, and show up when I say I will.
